Refund Policy

Defective or Damaged Items (Accepted)

If the product arrives with manufacturing defects or shipping damage (photo/video proof required), we offer the following options:

  1. Free replacement of the same item (subject to availability)
    2.Full refund (including original shipping costs)

Processing time: Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Quality-Related Returns (Not Accepted)
Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
  • Color variations due to monitor/screen differences
  • Incorrect size/design selected by the customer
  •  Subjective reasons (e.g., "don’t like the style")​
​

Special Notes

  • Intentional distressed edges on tin signs are not considered defects.
  • Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
​

Additional Terms for Germany

  • According to § 312g BGB, custom-made products are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business day
